Whether you run a big photography studio or a home photography business, leadership is a key part, yet all-too-often underrated element of success. Leading is 100% about your character, and on the surface will get you farther than your image quality. Most photographers spend more time, on average, color correcting or editing images, than they do with their leadership skills, growth and application of them.
